Extended Hours Access for Nurse Services

For Nurses From Tuesday 16th April 2019 Leith Hill Practice will offering nurse clinics outside the normal surgery times from 6.30-8.30pm.

Services on offer will include travel, asthma reviews, diabetic reviews, sexual health services, INR monitoring.

We hope this will meet the needs of our working patients who find it difficult to attend during normal opening hours
